- Your booking cannot be transferred to another trip, even if the location and program are similar
- Trip prepayment is a guarantee of your arrival and participation in the journey and covers all expenses before your arrival
- We book in advance (and incur expenses according to Article 32 "On Consumer Rights Protection") for each participant: accommodation and rental of auxiliary infrastructure (e.g., verandas, sauna, etc.), horse rental, instructor work, food, equipment, props and other expenses..
- You can resell your spot if the new participant has the required horseback riding skills. Don't forget to notify about this so that the new participant is aware of the program and is subsequently added to the necessary communication channels if available (chat, conversation, channel, etc.)
